Details

The Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 requires the government to review the operation of the Pubs Code etc. Regulations 2016 and the performance of the Pubs Code Adjudicator.

This second statutory review covers the period from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2022.
