Details

This update includes thanks to the 300 separate provider organisations, which have implemented successfully new arrangements. Provider organisations were involved in mini competitions for PROMs services and all providers have arrangements now in place.

The department reminds providers that their clinical teams are entitled to register to obtain access to this data. Data is stored at Health and Social Care Information Centre and arrangements are set out in the attached letter from Bob Ricketts.

The letter of 2 July 2012 outlines the new arrangements for the collection and reporting of Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) data which would apply from 1 October 2012.
