Decision by the Secretary of State on an application by GT R4 Limited for the construction, operation, maintenance and decommissioning of an offshore wind farm including up to 100 wind turbine generators, with up to 4 offshore substations and a generating capacity of up to 1.5 GW. It would include up to 2 offshore reactive compensation platforms, offshore and onshore cabling, construction of an onshore substation connecting to a proposed National Grid Electricity Transmission substation and associated development.
