This study investigates the feasibility of evaluating the long-term impacts of the National Citizen Service programme, and the different options available for commissioning such an evaluation. This study was carried out by London Economics and Kantar Public, and was commissioned by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS).
