Operation of the audit market: letters to the CMA and Sir John Kingman

Letters from Greg Clark to Lord Tyrie, Chair of the CMA, and Sir John Kingman, FRC review lead.



Business Secretary Greg Clark has written to the CMA urging them to consider what can be done to improve competition in the audit sector.

He has also asked Sir John Kingman to consider if there should be any change in the way auditors are appointed and how their fees are set alongside his review of the FRC.
