Details

On 29 November 2022, Ofqual formally issued Pearson with a notice requiring it to pay costs of £25,452.20. This relates to the decision to impose a fine of £1,200,000 on Pearson on the same date, in respect of failings in its review of marking arrangements between 2016 and 2019.
