This notice provides details on how HMRC operates the EU procedures on customs enforcement of intellectual property rights.

  1. Guidance on where to send the red alert and new trends forms and email addresses removed, paragraphs 3.1, 3.3, and 7 updated. New forms added for application for action and request for extension.
