This notice invites stakeholders to express their views on 2 amendment proposals to the Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (NDRHI) regulations in relation to the modified capacity of shared ground loops.
The first proposal is to split the modified capacity budget caps for 2022 to 2023 and 2023 to 2024 by heat use.
The second proposal is to amend the annual payment formula for modified capacity. This would be based on the modified capacity of a given installation instead of the post-modification capacity of the entire installation.
