This guidance sets out 4 routes for individuals or organisations to access the National Energy Efficiency Data-Framework (NEED) property level data.

The data is made up of a range of components which are:

  • acquired under different legislation or agreements
  • provided by different suppliers
  • governed by different rules

For this reason not all components of NEED data are available via every route.
