This notice replaces MSN 1888 (M+F), MGN 409 (M+F) and MGN 454 (M+F) and should be read in conjunction with the merchant shipping and fishing vessels (health and safety at work) (chemical agents) regulations as amended and the merchant shipping and fishing vessels (health and safety at work) regulations 1997 as amended.
