MIN 722 (M+F): Clarification of the Basic Health and Safety and Safety Awareness Training Requirements for Fishers.

This Marine Information Note (MIN) provides clarification on the current requirements for Basic Health and Safety and Safety Awareness training, with the aim of ensuring consistent application across the UK fishing industry. This MIN also instructs that Section 2.3.4 of MGN 411 is to be removed and replaced, as its content no longer reflects current policy or operational practices within the sector.
