Request for information on whether the Homes and Communities Agency paid for a NLA (Newspaper Licensing Agency) or CLA (Copyright Licensing Agency) media license in 2013 to 2014? And how much they paid for those licenses in 2013 to 2014. Further, a request for whether the HCA holds any other licenses.
