This document describes many of the aspects of quality assurance (QA) surrounding the routine publication of data for the mandatory surveillance of HCAI (MRSA, MSSA, and E. coli bacteraemia and C. difficile infection).
We will review and update this statement annually, towards the end of each financial year.
