This guidance applies to the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) in England and Wales.

It has been prepared to assist administering authorities and asset pool companies in the LGPS in England and Wales in complying the requirements for asset pooling as set out in the Local Government Pension Scheme (Pooling, Management and Investment of Funds) Regulations 2026.
