The CMA has published its advice to the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care on the PCR travel test market. The review finds that competition alone will not deliver the right outcomes for consumers; a combination of regulation and monitoring is also required. The eight recommendations advise on actions the Government could take to address the concerns identified.
