This letter was sent to responsible officers in awarding organisations.
The organisations that we regulate must provide us with an annual statement explaining their levels of compliance with our General Conditions of Recognition.
On 2 April 2015 we sent a letter to awarding organisations about the process for submitting statements this year. Instructions for completing and submitting the annual statements were sent with the letter.
The letter confirms that awarding organisations will have to submit their statements of compliance by 30 September 2015. An online portal will be available for submitting statements, and this will open on 1 June 2015.
