Use this form to cancel an entry in the Land Charges Registers. You cannot use it to cancel a Class F Land Charge. You need to use form K13 to do this. You cannot use it to cancel a pending action (bankruptcy) entry that relates to a debtor’s application for bankruptcy. You need to use form K11(ADJ).

   The form has been amended to include more details of the fee paid to be included.
