Details

You can use this form on or after 6 April 2016: to cancel a pending action (bankruptcy) entry in the Land Charges Register that relates to a debtor’s bankruptcy application to an adjudicator in the Insolvency Service.

You cannot use it to cancel other Land Charges entries. You need to use form K11 or form K13 to do this.
