     The form has been amended as a result of a change to the DX address for these applications to be sent to.

  2. 27 May 2025

     The form has been amended as a result of a change to the postcode for our PO Box address.

  3. 1 July 2019

     The form has been amended to include more details of the fee paid to be included.

  4. 25 May 2018

     We added a guidance note about our personal information charter, which explains how we process customer data. We also added a guidance note to explain that only professional customers will have a key number.

Use this form to apply for a certificate to say that a specific land charge has been cancelled. It is not used to cancel a land charge. You will need form K11 or form K13 for a Class F Land Charge to do this.
