The following data and reports have been removed from the Department for Transport website on the advice of AECOM, the contractor responsible for collecting the baseline data for the Cycling Cities and Towns evaluation:

  • Evaluation of the Cycling City and Towns programme interim report (published January 2011)
  • Evaluation of the Cycling City and Towns programme baseline survey data – household survey (published 2011)
  • Evaluation of the Cycling City and Towns programme baseline survey data – travel diaries(published 2011)
  • Investigating the potential health benefits of increasing cycling in the cycling city and towns (published April 2012)

If you have downloaded copies of any of these reports and data sets, please delete them and no longer use them as they are inaccurate. Any of these datasets, or elements of these reports will only be re-published in the future if the Department is confident of their reliability.
