The PCA have published awards made in statutory arbitration relating to the Pubs Code and a document providing information for tenants.

The PCA has produced a leaflet giving tied tenants information about their rights under the Pubs Code.

You can find information about the role of Code Compliance Officers (CCOs) here, which provides names and contact details for the CCO of each pub company regulated under the Pubs Code.

Pubs Code: what tied tenants should expect is a factsheet designed to help tied tenants understand what they should expect from their pub companies.

The PCA identified a need to understand the experiences of tied tenants in respect of their relationship with their pub companies, and to understand any issues that may be present across a range of aspects relating to the Pubs Code. In 2017 the PCA commissioned a Tied Tenant Survey, and a further survey is planned for 2018/19.

The PCA has produced a collection of factsheets that provide information about some of the main parts of the Pubs Code and related processes, including about when tied tenants can request to go free-of-tie and a MRO notification form.
