Factsheets about the Code and its processes

These factsheets and technical guides summarise the main parts of the Pubs Code and related processes.

The Pubs Code Adjudicator is responsible for overseeing compliance with the code.

The PCA has produced a series of factsheets explaining ‘What Tied Pub Tenants Need to Know’. These are designed to answer the major questions that tenants ask the PCA about the Pubs Code and it processes.

There is also a collection of Technical Guides which provide more detailed information about the Pubs Code provisions. We recommend that you refer to these guides if you would like more information and/or are considering accessing your rights under the Pubs Code.

The rules are set out in detail in the Pubs Code. These factsheets and technical guides summarise the main parts of the code and related processes. They should be read alongside the code and aren’t substitutes for the code itself.
