Details

This vaccine group direction (VGD) template supports the administration of either inactivated influenza vaccine (IIV) or live attenuated influenza vaccine (LAIV) as part of the national seasonal influenza vaccination programme.

The Influenza VGD version 1.0 is valid from 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027.

This VGD template should be used with reference to current national guidance, the Green Book and the relevant Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC) for the vaccine.
