We have published our business plan for 2015/16, which explains what we plan to do over the next 12 months to make the health sector work better for patients. The plan focuses on our role in working with providers to address short-term operational improvement and longer-term sustainability.

3.2 Health and Care Innovation Expo 2015

4.1 Looking for ways to work with others to deliver better integrated care?

The Better Care Exchange is a new online platform where you can find information, collaborate and share learning with others around the country on how to support integrated care in your organisation.
