Martin Levermore has completed his third report on the Windrush Compensation Scheme, this report follows his recent visit to Jamaica. The aims and objectives of the visit were:

  • to gauge opinion on how the scheme has been received in Jamaica

  • to establish what short comings, if any, there may be in the delivery
