Letter from the Department of Health and Social Care and NHS England. It reminds health and social care employers of their statutory obligations in terms of staff training, following the Learning Disability Mortality Review Programme (LeDeR) 2nd annual report.

In response to the report, the government committed to writing to employers and professional groups to promote greater awareness of the Learning Disabilities Core Skills Education and Training Framework.
