Import and export: bringing belongings to UK from outside the EC (C3)

This form has been withdrawn from use, but you can still declare personal belongings you’re bringing into the UK from outside the EU using the Transfer of Residence relief (ToR01) form.

Use form C3 to declare personal belongings and claim duty and tax reliefs that may apply when returning or transferring residence to the EC.
