The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic highlights the importance of a free, open, peaceful and secure cyberspace. Now, more than ever, the international community needs to co-operate to face the challenges posed by malicious cyber actors who are using coronavirus as an opportunity to undertake malicious cyber activity.

The international community previously agreed 11 norms of responsible behaviour in cyberspace. In partnership with Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI) the UK has created the following materials to promote the implementation of norms.
