  1. Published a new version of the certification under section 94B of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 guide to update the cohorts Section 94B certification may be applied to.

  2. 'Rights of appeal' document updated with references to the Immigration Rules and a change that those with extant permission cannot appeal on human rights grounds.

  3. Updated the Rights of appeal guidance to reflect the point at which an EUSS deportation appeal can be submitted.

  4. Published updated version of 'Rights of appeal' document: references to section 94 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 have been updated to reflect the removal of the right of appeal from 28 June 2022.

  5. Updated the Certification of protection and human rights claims under section 94 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (clearly unfounded claims) guidance to reflect the fact that because there is no longer a right of appeal, granting leave does not prevent a claim being certified where it is clearly unfounded.

  6. Updated to reflect amendments made to the Immigration Citizens’ Rights Appeals (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.
