HS2 Phase One environmental statement volume 5: landscape and visual assessment

These documents have been published as part of the HS2 Phase One environmental statement for the route between London and the West Midlands The environmental statement was produced to accompany the HS2 Phase One hybrid Bill.
This appendix presents the baseline conditions for all landscape character areas and visual assessment viewpoints located along the HS2 Phase One line of route. It also summarises the assessment of significance for all landscape character areas and representative viewpoints during construction and operation of Phase One of HS2.
The map books show landscape character areas, zones of theoretical visibility and the viewpoint locations within each community forum area (CFA).
