Application Information
If you are applying for III/1 EOOW, please post your Training Record Book to UK Seafarer Services (Training & Certification), Maritime and Coastguard Agency, Spring Place, 105 Commercial Road, Southampton SO15 1EG. All other supporting documents including the application form can be emailed to engineering@mcga.gov.uk
For all other applicants, please email your application and scanned documents to engineering@mcga.gov.uk

It is important that the guidance notes and instructions on pages 7, 8 and 9 are read when completing the application.

The MCA is unable to provide a counter service.
