This guidance provides additional information which will be useful for investment partners preparing to submit bids which include supported housing or housing for older people, and meet the needs of vulnerable and older people in mainstream housing.

The Homes and Communities Agency is committed to working with providers to build housing that meets local priorities and meets the housing needs of all sections of our communities, including the needs of vulnerable and older people in both mainstream and specialised housing.
