The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- revoke the operator licence held by Heavy Metal Movements Ltd with effect from 00:01 on 19 January 2019
- disqualify Raymond Blackley for a period of 3 years with effect from 00;01 on 19 January 2019 from acting as transport manager on any operator’s licence in the European Union
- disqualify Raymond Blackley for a period of 3 years from holding or obtaining any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area and being the director of any company holding or obtaining such a licence with effect from 00:01 on 19 January 2019
