Details

The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • revoke the operator licence held by K J Hudson Machinery Services Ltd with effect from 00:01 on 17 November 2018
  • disqualify Godfrey Pritchard with immediate effect and for an indefinite period from acting as transport manager on any licence. He must retake and pass the CPC examination before he can act as transport manager again
  • disqualify Kenneth Hudson for a period of 3 years from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence and from being director of any company holding or obtaining such a licence. The disqualification will take effect on 00:01 on 17 November 2018
