The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- record the following undertakings on the operator’s licence: 1. The operator will not use or specify MX60 CUC or AY1010 AVN unless and until there is a later increase in vehicle authorisation 2. Neil Thomas will be retained as a consultant
- approve the application to add an additional operating centre at Commercial Garage, Dairy Park, Spring Gardens, Whitland SA34 0HN for 5 vehicles and 10 trailers
- grant application in part for an increase in authorisation on the licence from 9 vehicles and 10 trailers to 14 vehicles and 20 trailers. An increase is approved for 12 vehicles and 20 trailers in total
- issue a formal warning
- issue a warning to Adrian Richard Poole
- issue a warning to John Phillip Wayne Poole
- approve John Phillip Wayne Poole as a second transport manager
