This strategy sets out how the government will work in partnership with industry and other sectors to provide ICT and digital services to help:

• achieve the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals
• implement Defra’s 25 Year Environment Plan
• meet the government’s net zero commitments

The strategy is to be used by everyone involved and interested in government ICT and digital services, including:

• government ICT and digital services professionals
• end users
• suppliers and supply chains
