  1. The list of breeding animals that are not permitted to move under this licence unless they are moved for slaughter now includes breeding bulls, pregnant cattle, breeding bucks/billy goats, pregnant goats, breeding stags, pregnant deer, breeding male camelids, and pregnant camelids.

Use this licence to move sheep, non-breeding animals of other species and all slaughter animals from a bluetongue Restricted Zone (RZ) to the free area of Scotland.
