Details
The Gangmasters Licensing Appeals is run by HM Courts and Tribunal Service (HMCTS).
These results were appeals against the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA). The GLAA was closed in April 2026, when its functions were taken on by the newly formed Fair Work Agency (FWA) .
The rights of appeal remain the same under the FWA. You’ll continue to be able to appeal against the:
- refusal of an application for a licence
- conditions to which the grant of a licence is subject
- revocation of a licence
- refusal to consent to the transfer of a licence, if you’re the licence holder
- modification of a licence
