About this form

To apply to register, you need a Government Gateway user ID and password. If you don’t have a user ID, you can create one when you apply.

Otherwise, you can apply to only register for Industrial Reliefs Scheme using the postal form (HO27B). If you use this postal form, you’ll also need to fill in form H027 to apply for relief from Excise Duty on mineral (hydrocarbon) oil.

Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).
