Form N56: Reply to an attachment of earnings application (County Court)
Use this form to tell the court details of your finances and employment when someone has started enforcement proceedings against you.
Fill in Form N56 with details of your earnings if a court has asked for this information. The document is sometimes called a ‘statement of means’.
The court will use the information to decide what order it should make. This may include an order for your employer to take payments directly from your earnings.
