Form N210: Respond to a CPR Part 8 claim
Defendants can use this 'acknowledgment of service' to tell the court that they've received a claim issued under Part 8 of the Civil Procedure Rules.
This form is called an ‘acknowledgment of service’. The court will send this form to a defendant with the claim (Form N208).
Read the Notes for defendant (Part 8 claim form) on Form N208: Claim form (CPR Part 8).
Defendants must send copies of the completed N210 form to the court and all people and organisations (‘parties’) involved in the case. If a defendant is relying on written evidence, they must send it with the acknowledgment of service.
