Check you are using the right form

To tell the court about how and when you served documents in a case about a child, use form C9. This includes child arrangements, parental responsibility and prohibited steps orders.

To tell the court about how and when you served documents in a case about an order to protect you, use form FL415. This includes non-molestation, occupation, forced marriage protection and female genital mutilation protection orders.

Open a document

Follow these steps:

1. Download Adobe Reader for free.
