Use this form to tell the Forestry Commission that you give an agent or representative authority to submit an application or manage an agreement on your behalf.

Details

You cannot use this form for Woodland Creation Planning Grant, Woodland Carbon Fund or HS2 Woodland Fund. See this agent authority form instead.

Use this form to authorise an agent to act on behalf of a funding applicant or agreement holder. This form should also be used to change existing agent authority.

You can submit this form if an agent is acting on your behalf for older, legacy grant schemes such as EWGS and for Felling Licence applications. This form must also be used for Countryside Stewardship 2015 capital grants, it cannot be used for any other Countryside Stewardship applications.
