This document clarifies roles and responsibilities in the application of the Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) and the Delegated Regulation to vaccines and other medicines centrally supplied by Public Health England (PHE) to the NHS and other customers.

It is intended for any person or organisation that orders vaccines and other medicines from PHE via ImmForm or that are supplied by Movianto UK on behalf of PHE.
