This document is for businesses that use labour providers to supply people for work in the following sectors:  

  • agriculture   

  • horticulture   

  • shellfish gathering   

  • food processing and packaging 

These labour providers will most likely need a Fair Work Agency gangmaster’s licence.

This guidance explains what happens when a labour user is inspected as part of the licensing process.
