UK Visas and Immigration guidance for staff providing information about how to apply the failure to travel policy.

This is tailored to single adults receiving asylum accommodation and subsistence support under section 95 or section 4(2) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (“the 1999 Act”). It applies to those who are already living in hotel asylum accommodation and who are being moved to dispersal asylum accommodation by the Home Office, but the individual fails to comply with this move.
