Tell HMRC about business partners when registering for an Excise scheme

Use form EXCISE102 to provide details of partners for registered consignees, certified consignees or tax representatives.

Use form EXCISE102 to tell HMRC about of all partners within the company if you’re a registered consignee, certified consignee or tax representative, where the legal status of the business is a partnership.

What you will need

To complete this form, you will need to tell us which form you are sending along with EXCISE102.

You will also need your business partner’s:

  • name
  • address
  • phone numbers
  • date of birth

How to complete this form

  1. You need to open and complete this form online. As you cannot save your progress, you may want to get all your information together before you start.

  2. Fill in form EXCISE102.

  3. Print and post it to HMRC, using the postal address shown on the form.
