In February 2025, the Department for Education (DfE) published its Apprenticeship Assessment Principles setting out a range of changes to the current approach to EPA.
As a result, Ofqual is consulting on changes to the regulatory framework for apprenticeship assessment. The information on this page is subject to change and will be updated following the conclusion of all relevant consultations.

This document set out rules and regulations for all Ofqual-regulated apprenticeship end-point assessments.
