27 October 2022 : the CMA has published updated energy licence modification appeals rules, following consultation. The CMA has also published updated guidance to assist those involved in appeals governed by these rules – see energy licence modification appeals: CMA guide (CMA71).
These rules govern licence modification appeals made to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) under the Gas Act 1986, the Electricity Act 1989, the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 or the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996.
These rules supersede the previous version of CMA70 that had effect from 30 October 2017.
