End-user undertaking (EUU) form

Exporters must submit a completed end-user undertaking (EUU) form when they apply for a standard individual export licence (SIEL) or a standard individual trade control licence (SITCL).

Details

The overseas end-user or consignee receiving the items must complete the EUU form.

From July 2025, the EUU form should be used for all exports, even those going to stockists.

The UK exporter must use the information in the EUU when completing their online SIEL or SITCL application.

1. 28 July 2025

   The name of the form has been changed to end-user undertaking (EUU) form. The EUU form is a merging of the old end-user undertaking and stockist undertaking forms.

2. 7 October 2024

   End user undertaking form has been updated to remove references to SPIRE.

3. 27 November 2023

   Form updated with new address.

4. 31 December 2020

   Section 4 of form amended to refer to UN, EU, UK or OSCE embargo.
